A crazy complex delicious Ethiopia SG-120 from Blue Bottle’s beautifully restored Faema Urania lever pull espresso machine.
This was at the Berry St branch in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The coffee is a Yirgacheffe Gelana Abaya natural with fruity and savory layered flavors. It stood up to the milk but didn’t fight with it. We wanted to try a straight shot but didn’t feel like waiting in line again.
