Coffee Common started yesterday in A Startup Store on 10th Ave & W 19th St, near the Highline, and runs through Sunday. For $5 you can taste coffees prepared using a variety of pourover methods, learn how to dial in a coffee to prepare it for one of those methods yourself, and listen to passionate coffee people talk about what they do and how they do it. I’m heading over there now - maybe I’ll see you there.
